If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process to ensure your experience with us is positive. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
To initiate a return, please contact our team at sales@sofudfi.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error by Sofudfi LLC.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund:
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Rejection: If rejected, we will provide you with an explanation and, where applicable, return the item to you.
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at sales@sofudfi.com. We will provide instructions for the exchange process.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds typically take [7-10] business days to process once the return has been received and approved. If you do not see the refund within this time frame, please contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@sofudfi.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos or other evidence of the defect or damage. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders may already be processed and shipped, in which case, the standard return and refund policy will apply.
